Dear WHRO,
Thank you for the opportunity for our students to become citizen (student) scientists for a day. We were able to contribute 1230 mapping events using the Sea Level Rise App along with 86 photos. The timing was perfect for our lessons on Astronomy as we covered moon phases and spring/neap tides. Later in the year we will do Oceanography which will discuss sea level rise in more detail and that is when our student projects will be done. For now, please find enclosed on our shared drive our data, photos, student work relating to tides and student pledges.
